Terms of Service
In order to provide this free service we have a few common sense rules and service guidelines. All list members are responsible for understanding the terms of service (TOS) and adhering to them.
Violations of the TOS will be grounds for immediate removal of a list.
Terms of Service Summary
We cater to open paranormal family-friendly lists (and forums) only.
Lists and forums may not contain spam or excessive profanity, and may not focus on any illegal or offensive topics including violence, hate, hacking, warez, porn, drugs, gambling, weapons, alcohol or tobacco.
Abandoned lists will be removed.
Terms of Service Details
ONE vote per member per day. Sites that are found to cheat will be removed.
NO slandering of other sites is permitted.
DO NOT request votes. Sites that request votes from members will be removed.
DO NOT click on your own site when leaving Paranormal Web. Members who click on their own sites for "out" hits will be removed.
NO copyrighted material is allowed on members forums, unless a link to the original authors site is present in the post. If a site is found to be posting copyrighted material it will be removed from the list and reported to the proper officials.
Sites that are available by paid membership are not accepted.
Sites that do not allow guest access are not accepted. Guest must be able to at least VIEW the forums.
All lists should be paranormal family-friendly in nature with no illegal, offensive, "adult" or vice-related subject matter.
Members should never use spam techniques to promote their site. Signing up to unrelated lists is an example.
Excessive profanity or swearing is not allowed.
Members and boards may not discuss topics promoting violence, hate, intolerance, hacking, cracking, warez, pornography, "adult" themes, illegal drugs, legal drugs, gambling, guns, knives or other weapons, alcohol, tobacco or smoking.
Members sites must retain a certain level of activity. Sites that have had no new votes or no member login in the past 90 days will be considered abandoned and will be removed.
